Carnivore APP – Terms of Use

Welcome to Carnivore (“App”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the App, which is owned and operated by Prop Up Media LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Carnivore, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are using the App on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or other means. Continued use of Carnivore after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

3. User Accounts

  • To access certain features, you may need to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree not to share your account details or allow others to use your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Carnivore for personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the App’s source code.
  • Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

 

A. Subscription Services

  • Carnivore may offer subscription-based services that grant access to premium content and features.
  • Subscription fees will be billed automatically based on the selected plan (e.g., monthly, yearly).
  • You agree that recurring charges will be processed until canceled.

B. Free Trials & Promotions

  • We may offer free trials, which will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.
  • Promotional offers may have additional terms, which will be disclosed at the time of the offer.

C. Payment & Billing

  • All payments are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play).
  • By making a purchase, you agree to the pricing, billing, and refund policies set by these providers.
  • Prices are subject to change, but we will notify you of any changes before your next billing cycle.

D. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable.

 

E. Marketplace Refund & Return Policy

 

At [Carnivore], we want you to feel confident shopping with our community of trusted sellers. Because our marketplace includes both perishable and non-perishable goods, different refund and return rules apply depending on the item.

Perishable Goods (e.g., meat, fresh food)

Due to the nature of perishable items, all sales are final, unless:

  • The product arrives damaged, spoiled, or unsafe to consume

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Your order is lost in transit or not delivered

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Contact the seller within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Include a description of the issue

The seller will determine whether to issue a refund, replacement, or store credit. Improper storage (e.g., not refrigerating your order) may void refund eligibility.

Non-Perishable Goods (e.g., tools, gear, shelf-stable items)

You may request a refund or return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described

Returns may require you to:

  • Ship the item back to the seller

  • Pay for return shipping (unless the item is defective)

Please review individual product listings for any seller-specific return terms.

Non-Refundable Items

Some items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Opened or used consumables (unless defective)

Sellers are expected to resolve most issues directly. You can message them from your order confirmation or account page.

Disputes

If you’re unable to reach a resolution with the seller, you can escalate the issue to [Carnivore] Support. We’ll review your request and may step in to help resolve the situation, including processing refunds where necessary.

6. User Content

  • You retain ownership of any content you submit through Carnivore (“User Content”).
  • By submitting User Content, you grant Prop Up Media LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute it as necessary to provide the App’s services.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any laws.

7. Community Guidelines

To maintain a positive experience for all users, you agree to the following community rules:

  • Be respectful: No harassment, hate speech, or bullying.
  • No spam: Avoid posting repetitive, misleading, or irrelevant content.
  • No harmful or illegal content: Do not share content promoting violence, self-harm, illegal activities, or misinformation.
  • Respect privacy: Do not share personal or confidential information about others.
  • Follow moderators’ instructions: We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban from the App.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Use the App to distribute spam, malware, or unauthorized advertising.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users’ data.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of Carnivore Challenge is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at [Insert Privacy Policy Link]. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Carnivore is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prop Up Media LLC disclaims all liability for damages arising from your use of Carnivore.
  • Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (if any).

11. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services or contain links to third-party websites. Prop Up Media LLC is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Carnivore at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Texas]. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of [Texas].
