Welcome to the CARNIVORE Market!

We’re excited to have you join our community of carnivore-focused sellers. You’ve taken the first step—now let’s get your seller account up and running.

This page will guide you through everything you need to complete your setup and start listing your products on the marketplace. Whether you’re offering high-quality meats, supplements, or carnivore lifestyle essentials, we’re here to make the process smooth and straightforward.

Let’s get started!

1. Products

This is where you add and manage your products to sell on Carnivore.

Complete Stripe Onboarding:

Before listing your products, you need to complete the Stripe onboarding. Click the “Complete Stripe Onboarding” button at the top right corner of the Products page and follow the steps.

Once completed, you’ll be able to add products.

Adding Products:

 When adding a product, please:

  • Provide a clear and detailed product description

  • Set the correct price

Upload product images with a white background for the best presentation

Product Approval:

Every product you add will be reviewed by our Carnivore admin team to make sure it meets all quality standards. Only approved products will be listed for buyers.

After approval, it will appear like this in the admin panel (shown below), and the buyer will also receive a notification on the mobile app once approved.

2. Seller Configuration

Set up your delivery details here.

  • Delivery Days:
Enter the number of days it usually takes for you to deliver orders, based on your delivery partner’s timing.

Delivery Fee:
Specify the delivery fee you charge, which will be added to the buyer’s total price.

3. Seller Orders

Manage your orders and keep your buyers updated.

Update Order Status:

Keep your buyers informed by updating the order status as it moves through the shipment process:

  • Order Packed: Mark this when your order is ready for shipment; buyers will get notified.

  • Order Shipped: Update when the order is dispatched and on the way.

  • Order Delivered: Mark this once the order reaches the buyer.

  • Tracking URL:
For each order, you can add a custom tracking URL (if available) so your buyers can easily track their shipment status.

Buyer Orders:

On the buyer’s side, they will receive notifications whenever the order status changes and can view the order status in real-time on the Carnivore app, as shown below.

Refund & Return Policy Agreement for Sellers

As a seller on the [Carnivore] Marketplace, you agree to the following refund and return policies when listing products:

1. Perishable Goods (e.g., meat, fresh food)

You agree that all sales of perishable goods are final, except in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged, spoiled, or unsafe to consume

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The item is lost in transit or not delivered

In such cases:

  • Buyers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

  • You must review the claim and respond promptly

  • You may be required to issue a refund, replacement, or store credit

  • You may request photo evidence before processing any resolution

Important: You are not required to accept returns of perishable goods unless there is a verified quality or fulfillment issue.

2. Non-Perishable Goods (e.g., tools, apparel, shelf-stable items)

You agree to accept returns and issue refunds for non-perishable items if:

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described

You may:

  • Require the buyer to return the item before issuing a refund

  • Specify in your listing if buyers must pay for return shipping (unless the item is defective)

3. Non-Refundable Items

You may mark the following as non-refundable, provided this is clearly stated in the product listing:

  • Final sale or custom items

  • Digital goods

  • Opened or used consumables

However, if such items are defective or misrepresented, you may still be responsible for issuing a refund or replacement.

4. Dispute Escalation

You agree that if a buyer escalates a complaint, [Carnivore] may:

  • Review communications and evidence

  • Mediate the dispute

  • Make a final determination

  • Process refunds directly through the platform on your behalf, if necessary

5. Acknowledgement

Your continued use of the Marketplace constitutes your agreement to uphold these policies and maintain a standard of trust and quality for all customers.
